Gefle Vinkällare is a wine importer, specializing in the Restaurant Market, focusing on older vintages and high-quality wines with an interesting history. As the name suggests, our origin is a wine cellar used to arrange wine tastings with Rare Wine, which has laid the foundation for our extensive knowledge of mature wine.  

Our range is divided into two parts. One part consists of producers that we represent and in some cases have represented on the Swedish market for over 15 years. The other part of the range consists of Fine Wine and is very varied. Usually there are small temporary allocations from the USA or wine from Negocians, mainly from Bordeaux and Bourgogne. And usually of a slightly older vintage. 

As a very important part of our business, we open and try all of these wines. Often in the association Swedish Academy for mature and antique wine. Where, through the cost-cutting projects “Wine Treasures” and “Drinking History”, we open up a large amount of developed, mature and old wines. And in this way can really control how the individual vintages performed.
